Cancellation / Return Policy

Return Policy for Damage/Quality/Doesn’t like

  • We are committed to provide you quality service and material. However, due to some limitations from both sides we would like to clarify certain terms and conditions beforehand so that we won’t have any differences in future. We will be very thankful for your kind co-operation.
  • If any issue in regards to material then customer needs to inform us in 5 days of receiving parcel. Any complaint shall not entertain after 5 days of time.
  • We don’t provide any type guarantee of material. If you are not aware about material quality and manufacturer’s brand then we will request you to place small order and check quality. If you are okay with quality then you can proceed for more orders.
  • We are committed to give you same manufacturer’s product as shown in picture of our web store. There will be still a chance some product might not be exact same as photo as some variation sometime comes from manufacturer’s only. Or sometime due to photographic effects some color variation seen between photo and actual product. In that case, it is not possible to check all the catalogs and match with the pictures. So, if you think you don’t like quality and it is somewhat different than shown in pictures you can inform and return us in specified above duration.
  • Courier charge needs to be paid by customer in case he/she wants to return the material for any reasons. We are committed to refund you 100% material amount in that case excluding transport/courier charge in 1-3 days of receiving parcel back with us.
  • We would advise you to check the parcel weight when you accept the parcel and if any difference in weight you found then what we have provided to you than simply don’t accept the parcel and lodge complaint with local courier office immediately after that. Please, ask for the exact weight of your parcel from us when you get the AWB No. from us so that you can check the same weight when you receive the parcel. Usually, if you find two different tapes on parcel then it may have opened in between transit at customs or for any other reasons. If you found 2 different tapes on it then we would advise you to check exact weight given by us before accepting parcel. We will not be able to provide any refund for missing pieces in between transit. However, we will do needful whatever we can from our side as well.
  • For domestic shipments, Custom Duty / Import Duty or Sales Tax or any other tax levied by your state or country needs to be paid by buyer only. VAT/ Custom Taxes and Import duties are not in our control and vary. It is not included in our ordering process and needs to pay by customer if levied by.
  • If any damage pieces or due to any reason you would like to return the material then return shipping charge will have to bear by customer and we will provide the 100% material cost to you in 1-3 days of receiving parcel.
  • We don’t check the materials from our side due to some limitations. Still, if you would like to get the materials checked from our side then checking charge Rs 15/- Per piece needs to pay by buyer and we shall check all the materials and then send to you. (Recommended to INTERNATIONAL Customer because it is difficult for them to return the material) Even after checking we don’t give any guarantee that you will not get any damage pieces but we will do our best as you are paying us extra for checking.
  • Please, note your parcel dispatch may get delayed by 1-2 days or so due to time constraint if you need checking service for the ordered material.
  • We will refund you the 80% of material amount in case full parcel lost during transit and 20% needs to bear by customer.
  • Please, accept parcel only if the packaging looks good from all side and doesn’t look open, tempered or loose packaging anyway. We will not provide any refund claim of missing pieces from parcels unless it gets confirm from the courier company. If piece(s) missing confirmed by courier company then we will provide you 75% material amount to you in 7-10 days of lodging complain for the missing pieces.
  • We do not provide any guarantee for stitching. Customers will be providing for stitching at his/her own risk. We are committed to make sure whatever we can in your stitching but stitched suits will not be exchanged or returned for any reasons. We advise you to place small order for stitching in the beginning and once you are okay with the stitching quality then you place more orders.
  • Return product must be in original condition of company with cover photo. Products must not be cut or changed or used or else they will not be applicable for exchange or return. It needs to be in its original packaging condition with photo on it (if given with product).
  • No returns will be accepted without notification.
  • This policy can be changed solely at the discretion of Siya Enterprise.

We are offering nationwide delivery of our products with the network of our Courier companies we ship to all parts of India.

Delivery mechanism

  • Shipments in India
    • We send shipments through Transport or courier like FedEx, Ekart, DTDC, India Post, BlueDart, DHL.

Delivery Time

The estimated time of delivery may differ from one order to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:

  • Domestic Orders
    • Order will take 5-10 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. In case of air shipment/ courier, it may reach within 1-5 days of order confirmation.
    • With every confirmed order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email

Process of Delivery:

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners. Also we are flexible with any courier services of your choice but in that case it will be your sole responsibility of the parcel receipt.

We take full guarantee for orders sent through our courier companies and ensure delivery up till your doorstep.

Delivery of Products:

We shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods in the event of flood, fire, wars, acts of natural calamity or any cause that is beyond our control.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your money has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your bank Account.
